any updates?
Sorry for the long wait.
IRL difficulties kept me from getting back to this project for a long time.
This year, I've shifted away from developing the update in favor of reworking this project with a side-scrolling perspective and real-time combat.
I already have a prototype mechanic where you can remove the top half of victims' skulls and extract their brains through the physics-based system.
The victim's body now understands what's in their head and immediately obeys it when the contents change, whether it's a brain, a parasite, or a speaker with a voice assistant.

pretty fun game. Was confused at first if I was able to use other bodies but yeah. And installing it via itch app it just freezes with that white line but on the browser it ran great. Can't wait to see more owo
Wow, I didn't know people were still finding this demo.
It was such a rough prototype that I didn't even add the core mechanic of body stealing. 😔
I plan to return to this game in the summer and finally add key mechanics to it.
I mean I did just randomly typed parasite control games in itch and did found you and finally got to see your game that you mentioned over on deviantart (can't remember which post but yeah). And yes please add the body stealing mechanic cause I did wanted to do that but did noticed is like a "eat all brains and not lose" type of game but glad that you wanna keep working on it 🫂😁👍
